new employee assistance program (eap) begins jan. 1, 2021

effective jan. 1, 2021 the employee assistance program (eap) will be provided through compsych® guidanceresources®.

compsych guidanceresources will offer similar programs to healthadvocate as well as some new services. below are highlights of programs that compsych guidanceresources will offer:

  • up to five confidential consultations per issue, per year at no cost to the individual.
  • computerized cognitive behavioral therapy (ccbt) mystrength.
  • legal information and resources
  • financial information, resources and tools
  • critical incident stress management (cism)
  • information, referrals and resources for work-life needs
  • trainings–compsych guidanceresources offers over 160 trainings topics
